On-site Support

Michael Matters, Inc. provides on-site support at a fixed daily rate plus expenses. There is no charge for travel time. Our company will provide the training equipment necessary for displaying the system at your office. 

An on-site visit has several advantages, notably on site provides an opportunity to look all your users in the eye and confirm that they are on board for system implementation and will accept the policy changes associated with that event. On site makes a splash and creates momentum and enthusiasm - essential for change management.  On site costs more, but gets more done in a shorter period of time. If your firm wants to make significant changes in how things get done, an on site event is the best approach.
