Timeslips Conversion
What We'll Do:
We will convert your Timeslips clients in a smooth, one time session, guaranteeing your satisfaction. Our data conversion expert will work with you during the process to ensure all your critical data is converted and set-up so you can continue working with minimal interruption.
How Much Does it Cost?
We charge a flat rate of $1,950 for the first 10,000 records. For databases with over 10,000 records we charge an $500 for each additional set of 5,000 records. Contacts, Matters and WIP may all be imported depending on the system you are going into. Consulting services in addition to the allocated ten hours of conversion work will be billed at $195.00 an hour.
We will recover as much data as possible from corrupted or abandoned databases; however, these services are billed at the consultant's hourly rate. All work of this nature is without guarantee.
How Does it Work?
We access your computer On-Line and export clients from Timeslips to a CSV file. We then format, clean, and prepare that file for importing. We then create “Matters” including captions and matter numbers for each Timeslips client and create “Contacts” from each client. This constitutes the number of records imported.
How Long Will It Take?
We’ll access your system remotely and perform the data conversion in one session. The process usually takes ten hours and may be performed over the weekend.
