What We'll Do

We will convert nearly all your data from Amicus in a smooth, one-time session, guaranteeing your satisfaction. Our data conversion expert will work with you during the process to ensure all your critical data is converted and set-up so you can continue working with minimal interruption. Amicus uses a 'team' approach. Many other systems allow for only one person on each record. These systems allow all members of your firm to view all records, so the team approach is not helpful. Conversion from Amius will not include the team.

How Much Does It Cost?

We charge a flat rate of $2,950 for the first 10,000 records. For databases with over 10,000 records, we charge $500 for each additional set of 5,000 records. Contacts, Cases, Events, Tasks, Summary Notes, and other records may be imported. Consulting services in addition to the allocated 10 hours of conversion work will be billed at $195 an hour. This includes if Amicus has problems, the utilities must be run, or if we must repair your program in any way.

We will recover as much data as possible from corrupted or abandoned databases; however, these services are billed at the consultant's hourly rate. All work of this nature is without guarantee.

How Long Will It Take?

We'll access your system remotely and perform the data conversion in one session. The process usually takes around 10 hours often over the weekend.
